We are looking for a Patient Helper who can create a calm and welcoming environment while maintaining the operational discipline required in a fast-paced specialty clinic.
Patients coming to us are often navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or treatment-resistant conditions. The way they are welcomed and supported matters deeply.
This role requires someone who is both warm with people and structured with systems.

To create a smooth, welcoming, and organized patient experience while ensuring clinic scheduling, communication, and workflow systems run reliably.
What You’ll Do
Patient Experience
- Welcome patients and manage the check-in and check-out process
- Ensure patients feel supported and informed throughout their visit
- Maintain a calm and professional clinic environment
Scheduling & Patient Flow
- Schedule and reschedule appointments
- Ensure follow-up appointments are properly arranged
- Maintain smooth patient flow throughout the day
Communication
- Respond to phone, text, and email inquiries
- Provide patients with clear guidance on next steps
Administrative Operations
- Process payments and capture balances
- Maintain organized front desk systems
- Manage inboxes, documents, and clinic communications
