Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily construction activities on active job sites
- Perform general labor duties including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Support skilled trades and equipment operators as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
- Prior construction experience preferred, but not required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Reliable transportation to job sites
