Duct Work Associate
Location: Springfield, MA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
We are currently seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join a growing duct work manufacturing company in Springfield, MA. This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity with a stable schedule and room for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and fabricate sheet metal ductwork components
- Operate manufacturing equipment and hand tools safely
- Read and follow work orders and production specifications
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials for production
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform quality inspections on finished products
- Assist with loading, unloading, and material handling as needed
Requirements:
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to use measuring tools and read a tape measure
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
