2nd and 3rd shifts are available. We are looking for a reliable Residential Security Detail (RSD)to oversee a private residence. The primary focus of this role is to monitor the property boundaries and entrance points to ensure no unauthorized persons enter the grounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Perimeter Patrols: Walk the property at regular intervals to check that all gates, fences, and outdoor structures are secure.
- Gatekeeping: Manage the main entrance by checking IDs and log-in info for any contractors or delivery drivers before allowing them onto the property.
- Deterrence: Maintain a visible presence on the grounds to discourage trespassing or loitering.
- Incident Logging: Keep a simple daily log of who entered the property and note any maintenance issues found (e.g., a broken fence or a burnt-out security light).
- Emergency Contact: Call the appropriate authorities (Police/Fire) immediately in the event of a clear emergency or security breach.
Basic Requirements
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work independently without constant supervision.
- Observation: Ability to stay alert during long shifts, especially during night hours.
- Communication: Able to speak clearly and professionally over a radio or phone.
- Physical: Capable of walking the property and standing for extended periods in various weather conditions (rain, cold, or heat).
- Background: Must pass a standard background check
