Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinating and processing all monthly requisitions
- Processing proposals and change orders
- Providing reports and information requested by Senior Management
- Coordinating collection of funds due, including follow-up calls and resolving outstanding billing or payment issues
Must Haves:
- Detail orientation and ability to handle multiple priorities with a high volume of work.
- Strong computer, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work across all levels of the company.
- 1-3 years of Accounts Receivable experience.
- Knowledge of the construction industry is preferred.
