Schedules Available (Full-Time & Part-Time):
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality direct patient care
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor, assess, and document resident progress
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Lead and support CNAs to uphold exceptional care standards
- Communicate with residents and families to support individualized care plans
What We’re Looking For
- Current RN in Massachusetts
- Experience in long-term care or rehab preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented professionals
