What You’ll Do

Deliver high-quality direct patient care
Administer medications and treatments
Monitor, assess, and document resident progress
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
Lead and support CNAs to uphold exceptional care standards
Communicate with residents and families to support individualized care plans

What We’re Looking For

Current RN in Massachusetts
Experience in long-term care or rehab preferred
Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented professionals
