A global consumer products and technology company recognized for its innovation, rapid growth, and bold culture is seeking a Senior Vice President, Talent Management (Talent Acceleration) to architect and lead the global talent strategy that powers its next phase of growth.
This role combines Talent Management and Talent Development at scale — creating the systems, mindsets, and leadership capabilities that keep the organization outpacing the competition.
Your Mission
Global Talent Strategy
- Architect a global, future-ready talent ecosystem that scales with growth and fuels innovation.
- Embed adaptability, leadership depth, and a high-performance mindset across all levels.
- Design and implement succession planning that ensures seamless leadership continuity.
Executive Coaching & Leadership Acceleration
- Deliver executive coaching, assessments, and onboarding programs that elevate leadership impact.
- Partner closely with senior executives to strengthen decision-making, accountability, and culture alignment.
- Develop leadership programs that drive transformation, resilience, and agility.
Performance & Career Development
- Redefine performance systems to reward results, ownership, and growth.
- Build transparent career frameworks that empower internal mobility and advancement.
- Foster a feedback culture rooted in candor, accountability, and continuous learning.
Organizational Development & Culture
- Evolve the organizational design to accelerate innovation, collaboration, and speed.
- Drive enterprise-wide initiatives that reinforce company culture and leadership capability.
- Make workforce planning, diversity, and development true business growth levers.
Who You Are
- A visionary Talent Management leader with 10+ years building global talent strategies in complex, high-growth organizations.
- Proven success designing enterprise-wide leadership and organizational development programs.
- Deep expertise in executive succession planning, leadership assessment, and performance enablement.
- Executive presence to influence and coach C-suite and Board-level stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker who moves fast, balances action with reflection, and thrives in a high-performance environment.
- Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, HR, or related field preferred.
