The Role
We’re looking for a skilled Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician to join our team. You’ll be on the front line, delivering top-notch service by troubleshooting, diagnosing, installing, and repairing refrigeration and ice machine equipment for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain refrigeration and ice machine equipment
- Accurately complete service documentation and communicate findings to customers
- Work with Parts Department to source and install needed components
- Keep service vehicles clean, organized, and properly stocked
- Collaborate with manufacturers, reps, and customers to solve technical issues
- Promote additional JWS services when appropriate
Qualifications
- EPA certified, with 5+ years of refrigeration/ice machine service experience
- High school diploma/GED and valid driver’s license
- Strong technical skills across gas, electric, plumbing, and/or steam repairs (a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physical tasks (kneeling, climbing, bending, etc.)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, safety-conscious, and team-oriented

Pay: $75,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
