We aim to ensure all individuals can live their best and healthiest lives. JSI collaborates with governments, government agencies, the private sector, global and multilateral organizations, and local nonprofit and civil society organizations to identify and implement solutions to public health and education challenges. These partnerships improve the quality and accessibility of systems and lead to better health and education outcomes. JSI promotes using best practices and sharing solutions, tailoring strategies to each situation, and seeking creative options to meet clients’ needs.
We seek an experienced and visionary Executive Vice President (EVP) for our U.S. Health Services Division (HSD), who will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and will be a member of the Executive Leadership Team. This pivotal role provides strategic leadership to enhance the delivery of public health services, programs, and interventions in the U.S. to improve public health outcomes. A seasoned professional with deep roots in and understanding of the U.S. public health markets, the EVP will be responsible for identifying and seizing opportunities to expand JSI’s U.S. public health footprint and impact, leading growth and innovation and forging strategic partnerships while ensuring technical excellence, responsiveness to public health and community needs, and compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will lead and motivate cross-functional teams and cultivate a culture of innovation to ensure JSI delivers on its mission. They will also represent the organization in public forums, enhancing the organization’s reputation as a leader in the public health sector.
Additionally, the EVP will provide overall leadership for JSI's smaller, but impactful and innovative U.S. education portfolio, fostering synergies between public health and education interventions and programs, and spearheading and supporting mission-aligned growth and expansion.
