We are seeking a proactive and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to support deployment operations, material management, and delivery troubleshooting. This role involves managing internal requisitions, identifying delivery gaps, supporting post-deployment processes, and driving operational improvements. Key Responsibilities
Manage deployment order lifecycles, resolve equipment and delivery issues.
Partner with procurement and logistics teams to ensure site readiness.
Address Problem Service Reports and drive timely resolution.
Monitor KPIs and SLAs to support operational excellence.
Identify and lead process improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
Maintain internal documentation and contribute to training materials.
Actively support an inclusive team culture.
Support planning and execution of future ERP and supply chain transformation efforts.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Excel for data modeling and analysis.
Ability to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders.
Solid understanding of supply chain systems and configuration management.
Ability to communicate clearly across teams and levels.
Preferred Experience:
Prior analyst experience in a logistics, manufacturing, or technology-driven organization.
Experience managing end-to-end deployment or order fulfillment processes.
Exposure to post-deployment support models and issue resolution workflows.
