Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including appointments and meetings.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and organize documents and reports as needed.
- Assist in planning and coordinating events and meetings.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office organization.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
