About the Role
Work Client is seeking two detail-oriented, highly collaborative professionals to join our EPIC Early Careers team.
This team manages and grows programs designed to attract and develop early-career talent across the organization, including 400+ global interns.
You will help scale and enhance these programs to support future growth and talent development goals.
This role is ideal for candidates with early-career talent program knowledge, talent acquisition experience, and a passion for providing an exceptional developmental experience to interns and new graduates.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the design and execution of Work Client's EPIC Early Careers programs, including the TechStars internship, Product MBA internship, and Early U development programs.
- Collaborate closely with the Early Careers team and the broader Value Enablement & Adoption (VEA) organization to ensure a consistent global experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand talent needs and support a goal of 50% intern-to-full-time conversion.
- Track and analyze program performance; create dashboards, reports, and insights to measure impact.
- Develop and maintain engaging content on SharePoint (EPIC Community) for interns, managers, and stakeholders; continuously evolve resources using tools like AI and Canva.
- Manage project plans, deadlines, and budgets to keep all initiatives aligned and progressing toward goals.
- Communicate regularly with program stakeholders, including the Manager of Business Program Management, EPIC VEA Early Careers.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in talent acquisition, program coordination, or HR operations
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable engaging with technical teams and understanding basic technology roles
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with intern or early-career programs
- Background as a technical recruiter or similar HR/TA function
- Experience with tools such as:
- SharePoint (required)
- Canva (preferred)
- JIRA (preferred)
