Retail Associate
We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and motivated Retail Associate to join our team. This position involves helping customers, operating the cash register, keeping merchandise organized, and making sure the store remains clean and presentable throughout the day.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service
- Operate the cash register and process customer purchases
- Assist customers with finding products, sizes, and other questions
- Restock merchandise as inventory is sold
- Fold, organize, and properly display clothing and merchandise
- Keep shelves, racks, counters, and other store areas neat and organized
- Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment
- Help receive, unpack, and organize new inventory
- Monitor the sales floor and make sure merchandise remains properly displayed
- Assist with other general store duties as needed
What We're Looking For
- Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers
- Reliable and punctual
- Organized and attentive to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to stay productive during slower periods
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform normal retail tasks such as stocking and organizing merchandise
- Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful, but not required
We are looking for someone who takes pride in keeping the store organized, provides great customer service, and is willing to help wherever needed.
