Key Responsibilities For The Payroll Specialist
- Process end-to-end payroll for employees on a regular cycle
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Maintain payroll records and reconcile discrepancies
- Partner with HR and Finance on employee data and reporting
- Manage payroll systems and support audits as needed
Qualifications For The Payroll Specialist
- 2+ years of payroll processing experience
- Experience with payroll systems (ADP, Paychex, or similar)
- Knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
