Position: Full-Time & Part-Time
Schedule: Flexible scheduling with some weekend availability required

The Role
We are looking for fun, talented, outgoing, and passionate hairstylists to join our growing Drybar family.
As a Drybar Stylist, you’ll specialize in creating beautiful, long-lasting blowouts while delivering an exceptional client experience from the moment a guest walks through the door until they leave feeling fabulous.
What You’ll Do
- Create beautiful, polished blowouts tailored to each client’s hair type and desired look
- Provide a warm, welcoming, and personalized experience for every guest
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate styles and products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional station
- Educate clients on Drybar products and styling techniques
- Build relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits
- Work collaboratively with the Drybar team to create a fun, positive salon environment
- Maintain Drybar’s high standards for service, cleanliness, professionalism, and guest experience
What We’re Looking For
You are:
- A licensed hairstylist/cosmetologist
- Passionate about hair and beauty
- Confident creating a variety of blowout styles
- Friendly, energetic, and genuinely enjoy connecting with people
- Reliable, professional, and motivated
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- A team player who brings positive energy to the salon
- Excited to continue learning and improving your skills
- Available for some evenings and weekends
Experience with blowouts is a plus, but attitude matters just as much as experience. We can teach technique — we’re looking for people who bring personality, passion, and a desire to make clients feel amazing.
