Office Experience Coordinator to $70K - High-Touch Opportunity!
Our client, a boutique investment company, is looking for an Office Experience Coordinator to deliver a polished, concierge-level in-office experience. This role serves as the first point of contact for guests and team members while overseeing front-of-house operations, shared spaces, and office flow. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of experience in a high-touch, client-facing environment and can anticipate needs.

- Responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for visitors and employees while delivering a welcoming, high‑touch experience; coordinating conference room scheduling, setup, cleanliness, materials, and catering; proactively anticipating guest and team needs and responding with discretion and professionalism; managing day‑to‑day office operations including supplies, pantry inventory, mail, and deliveries; partnering with senior administrative leadership to support office workflows and light administrative needs; assisting with the planning and execution of internal and external office events; and maintaining a polished, well‑organized office environment that reflects high standards.
- The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of experience in a front‑of‑house, hospitality, office coordination, or similar client‑facing role; exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, composed presence; strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly; a proactive, service‑oriented approach with sound judgment and reliability; comfort working independently while knowing when to escalate; high discretion and accountability; and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Word, with familiarity using scheduling and administrative tools.
