Duties
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all aspects of the physical therapy department, including clinical protocols, staff development, and patient satisfaction.

- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate licensed physical therapists, assistants, and support staff to foster professional growth and high-quality care.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing healthcare practices and documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, healthcare teams, and community partners to coordinate patient care plans effectively.
- Monitor departmental performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans accordingly.
