Position Summary
The Brand Manager will be responsible for building and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and customer acquisition. This role combines creative storytelling, project management, digital marketing, and campaign execution to ensure COAST shows up consistently and effectively across retail, digital, experiential, and owned channels.
The ideal candidate is equal parts creative thinker and organized executor, someone who can develop compelling campaign ideas, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work cross-functionally to bring marketing initiatives from concept to completion.
This position is ideal for a marketer with 4-7 years of experience who has participated in building consumer brands, managing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with creative teams to deliver impactful work.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Campaign Development
- Help develop and execute seasonal, product, and brand campaigns across retail, digital, social, email, and experiential channels.
- Translate business objectives into compelling consumer-facing marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Creative Lead to build campaign concepts, messaging frameworks, and content strategies.
- Ensure all marketing efforts maintain a consistent COAST brand voice and visual identity.
Content & Storytelling
- Own day-to-day social media strategy and execution across all platforms.
- Develop content calendars that align with product launches, cultural moments, retail activations, and brand initiatives.
- Identify and tell authentic stories that connect consumers with the COAST brand, products, mission, and community impact.
- Partner with creative, influencers, photographers, and content creators to generate engaging content.
Digital & Consumer Marketing
- Manage consumer email marketing strategy, campaign execution, and performance optimization.
- Oversee website content updates and collaborate with agency partners on site enhancements and landing pages.
- Support customer acquisition initiatives including email capture programs, giveaways, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor key digital performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimization.
Influencer & Community Marketing
- Develop and manage influencer partnerships that align with COAST's brand positioning.
- Coordinate product seeding, campaign briefs, content approvals, and performance reporting.
- Support community initiatives, environmental programs, and brand partnerships that strengthen COAST's connection with consumers.
Project Management & Execution
- Serve as the marketing team's primary campaign project manager.
- Build and maintain timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional communication for all major marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, creative, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
- Manage marketing calendars and campaign launch schedules.
Performance & Insights
- Track and report on campaign performance across email, social, web, and acquisition channels.
- Analyze consumer behavior and engagement trends to improve future marketing efforts.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness, community engagement, and customer acquisition.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, campaign management, or related roles.
- Experience participating in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written communication and storytelling abilities.
- Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars.
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms, project management software, and marketing analytics tools.
Preferred
- Experience in CPG, wellness, lifestyle, beverage, cannabis, or emerging consumer brands.
- Experience working with influencers and content creators.
- Knowledge of retail marketing and experiential activations.
- Familiarity with website content management systems and digital acquisition strategies.

Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 / year
