We have partnered on a Director of Operations role with growing group of ophthalmology practices:
To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior operations role leading strategy and teams
- Previous experience and understanding of Ophthalmology multi site management
- Based Northeastern USA
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee the daily operations of 7+ individual sites as well as an ASC site
- Provide leadership for a 3 managers as well as 120+ indirect clinical staff
- Oversee and manage the P&L responsibilities and multi-million dollar budgets
