Our client, a global consulting firm, is seeking a Marketing & Events Coordinator to support conference strategy, sponsorship execution, and broader business development initiatives. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of event planning experience and has a unique marketing lens.
Position Details:
- Location: Boston, MA

- Responsibilities include supporting the planning and execution of various events and related marketing initiatives; managing event timelines, deliverables, and calendars; coordinating registration, invitations, RSVP tracking, and attendee communications; helping develop marketing materials and related content; assisting with on-site event support and post-event reporting; maintaining internal resources and documentation; and contributing to broader business development efforts such as qualifications materials, bios, and collateral updates.
- The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of event coordination experience with a strong marketing or business development focus; prior experience within a professional services environment; excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong project management and organizational abilities; comfort working directly with consultants and senior internal stakeholders; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook; and the flexibility to travel, including occasional international expectations.
