GHR Healthcare is currently seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a premier Outpatient Rehabilitation Clinic in Dorchester, MA!
This is a 13-week travel contract with a June 22nd, 2026 start date.
Rate:
$3,000 weekly estimated travel rate
$68/hour local rate
Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts (40 hours total), weekdays only; no weekend or holidays
- Monday / Wednesday 10:30am-7pm
- Tuesday/ Thursday/ Friday 8am-4:30pm
Job Description:
- Hospital Based Outpatient Rehab Facility
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop evidence-based treatment plans for outpatient rehabilitation patients
- Manage a daily caseload of 8–10 patients with individualized care to optimize outcomes
- Provide general outpatient therapy including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, balance training, and patient education
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure continuity across outpatient services
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with clinic protocols and state regulations
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and self-management strategies
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ years of outpatient Physical Therapy experience required
- Current Physical Therapist license issued by the Massachusetts Board of Allied Health Professionals (MA PT license)
- CPR/AED certification required
- Experience with evidence-based outpatient orthopedic care, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise preferred
