Position Overview
We are seeking a Co-Manager of Marketing & Communications to help lead and strengthen our marketing and communications systems across all programs and venues. The person in this role works in close partnership with a second co-manager to coordinate creative production and oversee day-to-day marketing operations and operations that support all Circuit Arts programming. The position is central to shaping how audiences connect with Circuit Arts and how our programs are represented publicly across the organization. Together, the co-managers ensure consistent, high-quality communications and a compelling, and accessible voice across all platforms, including digital, print, press, and in-person communications. Responsibilities are divided based on skills, strengths, experience, and evolving organizational needs. In addition to marketing operations, the co-managers manage timelines and production workflows, coordinate internal and external creative collaborators, and work closely with development, production, and operations to ensure alignment across all public-facing communications. Both co-managers report to the managing director. This position is designed as a collaborative co-management model, and it is expected to evolve into a single Marketing & Communications Manager position in the fall of 2026, as staffing transitions over time.
