Talent Experience Specialist
Location: Framingham, MA
Schedule: Hybrid (On-site Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday), 9 AM–5 PM
Contract Duration: 6 months (Potential Contract-to-Hire)
Pay Range: $38.00 – $42.00/hour
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and solution-oriented Talent Experience Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Operations team. In this "jack of all trades" role, you will be a vital support system for our growing recruiting team during a high-volume hiring period. Your primary mission is to create a seamless, positive, and welcoming hiring experience for every candidate and new hire who engages with our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruiting Coordination: Partner with recruiters and internal teams to manage complex on-site interview scheduling and logistical details. (Focus is specifically on late-stage on-site coordination).
- Candidate Experience: Serve as the face of the company for visitors and new hires. You will ensure candidates feel welcome upon arrival and act as a primary point of contact for onboarding questions.
- Talent Acquisition Support: Assist the broader recruiting team with resume screening and potential candidate sourcing to keep the pipeline moving efficiently.
- Onboarding & Early Talent: Facilitate both virtual and on-site onboarding efforts. Provide critical logistical support for early talent and campus programs during peak recruiting seasons.
- Systems Support: Assist the team through a major HR technology transition as we implement and optimize new recruiting tools (Phenom and Workday).
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience preferred, specifically within recruiting coordination or HR operations.
- People Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills are a must. You should be comfortable greeting guests and interacting with various levels of leadership.
- Mindset: You are solution-oriented, proactive, and focused on "getting things done" in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Prior experience with Workday and Phenom is a significant plus, though not mandatory.
- Flexibility: Ability to manage multiple shifting priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
