Core Responsibilities
- Owning and driving a portfolio of recruitment processes dedicated to Customer Shopper Engagement (CSE) Interaction from end to end.
- Building and activating talent pools for near- and mid-term hiring needs.
- Utilizing innovative sourcing strategies and exploring non-traditional avenues to connect with talent in the Americas market.
- Supporting and contributing to specific talent attraction strategies for Consumer Shopper Engagement (CSE).
- Providing a transparent & consistent candidate experience during pre-boarding and onboarding for all new hires.
- Partnering closely with hiring leaders and HR colleagues to align workforce needs, timelines, and priorities.
Play your part in our team succeeding
This role is within the Product & Marketing Development (PMD) Talent Operations team at the LEGO Group’s People, Places & Culture (PPC) organization. You'll collaborate with the global Talent community, including the Talent Center of Excellence, to support the PMD's talent strategy. Your main focus will be recruitment for Consumer Shopper Engagement (CSE) in Mexico and Tempe, particularly hiring CSE Advisors. You'll work closely with CSE leaders, local HR partners, and the broader PMD & Talent community to ensure we have the right talent in place.

- Collaborative mindset with passion for engaging cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $75,436.00 - $113,154.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
