Day-to-Day
Insight Global is looking to hire a Chief Operating Officer to own and execute the organization’s operating system across the full client lifecycle, from initial engagement through program completion. This individual will align marketing, counseling, client services, product, and IT operations to ensure consistent execution and measurable outcomes. The COO will manage operational capacity, optimize conversion and retention metrics, establish performance reporting and accountability, and eliminate workflow bottlenecks. They will partner cross-functionally to scale operations efficiently, improve productivity, and maintain compliance while supporting the organization’s mission and client-first approach. This role will translate executive strategy into day-to-day execution and hold leaders accountable to defined operational targets. This position offers a compensation range of $200,000–$260,000 per year, depending on experience.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
