We are looking considering candidates from the Private/Business Jet sector only.
Our client is one of the most established names in private aviation, operating at scale across charter, jet card and aircraft management. With a premium client base and an asset-light model, they are now entering a phase where procurement becomes a true strategic lever for growth, not just a function.
Role overview:
This is not procurement. This is control.
You will sit at the centre of the business, owning how aircraft are sourced, how partners are selected, and how billions in client experience are ultimately delivered. Every flight, every operator, every supplier touches your strategy.
You will define the system, shape the network, and bring discipline to a function that underpins the entire business.
- Own enterprise-wide procurement strategy across aviation and corporate spend
- Build and govern a curated global operator network
- Lead high-stakes negotiations with operators and strategic vendors
- Partner with C-suite on cost, risk and growth decisions
- Shape procurement systems, controls and performance metrics
- Lead and scale a high-performing sourcing and procurement team
- Operate as a visible member of senior leadership
About you:
- Executive-level procurement leader with 15+ years’ experience
- Proven ability to build or scale procurement functions
- Deep commercial and financial acumen
- Strong negotiation track record across complex agreements
- Comfortable operating at C-suite and board level
- Aviation exposure or highly complex procurement environments preferred
Menska's thoughts:
Most procurement roles optimise cost. This one defines how the business operates. It is rare to find a position where procurement sits this close to revenue, brand and client experience.
