About Marcella
Marcella is one of America’s fastest-growing fashion brands, selling women’s designer minimalist essentials. NYC-designed and European-handcrafted, we’re a next-generation 1-for-1 brand where every major facet of our operation (design, production, sustainability, social impact) advances women and girls globally. At the heart of this approach is the School Days Project: for every order Marcella sells, we support 3 days of school for a marginalized girl around the world (over 1.2 million school days supported to date).
We’re hiring an Ecommerce Specialist to join our 13-person global marketing team. This role will keep our Shopify catalog and product launches running at a high standard while contributing to how we merchandise and optimize the site.
About the Role
The Ecommerce Specialist will own the day-to-day execution and ongoing optimization of Marcella’s product listings across all digital sales channels, including our Shopify Plus website and marketplace/drop-shipping partners. Beyond catalog execution, this role contributes to site merchandising, product presentation, and conversion-focused improvements across the ecommerce experience.
Reporting to the Senior Ecommerce Manager, this position works cross-functionally with creative, copy, design, production, and merchandising to bring products to market with speed, accuracy, and consistency. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in Shopify Plus catalog operations, with strong judgment on site standards, launch readiness, and how product presentation influences performance.
This is a great role for someone who wants to grow beyond pure execution. You’ll own the catalog and launch process, and you’ll also have a voice in how we merchandise and iterate on the site.
