The Chris Kostopoulos Group is hiring an Administrative Assistant to help power a successful real estate business in the Boston market. This is an important role for someone who is dependable, proactive, and takes pride in creating order, consistency, and a great experience for both clients and team members.
You will be the person who helps keep daily operations flowing smoothly so leadership and agents can stay focused on growth and client service.
Compensation
- Salary: $55,000 - $65,000

Responsibilities:- Manage daily operations for the team and owner, keeping priorities organized
- Coordinate correspondence through multiple platforms
- Track transaction deadlines, paperwork, and follow-up items
- Support agents with day-to-day administrative needs
- Maintain the database and assist with marketing campaigns
- Help improve systems, processes, and team efficiency
Qualifications:- Previous experience in administration, office management, or executive support
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-starter who follows through and solves problems independently
- Comfortable with technology and learning new platforms quickly
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
