A growing Massachusetts real estate brokerage is expanding into Nantucket and is seeking a licensed Buyer’s Agent to work directly with home buyers in this high-demand market. This role is ideal for a Nantucket based real estate professional who enjoys showing homes, guiding buyers through the offer process, and managing transactions through closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a Buyer’s Agent, representing clients throughout the home-buying process
- Show residential properties across Nantucket, MA
- Educate buyers on pricing, market conditions, and local neighborhoods
- Assist with offers, negotiations, inspections, and transaction timelines
- Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and listing agents
- Manage transactions from accepted offer to closing
- Maintain accurate records using MLS and real estate software
- Provide responsive, professional client service
Required Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts Real Estate License (required)
- Nantucket resident with strong local market knowledge
- Reliable transportation for home showings
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently as a commission-based real estate agent
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience as a Buyer’s Agent or Residential Real Estate Agent
- Familiarity with MA MLS systems
- Existing buyer pipeline or referral network
