What we’re seeking:
- Current Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist license
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
- School-based SLP experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
- Strong communication skills and commitment to collaborative teamwork
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and deliver evidence-based therapy services for Pre-K to Grade 2 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique strengths and needs
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress
- Collect data, track student outcomes, and maintain timely documentation in compliance with district and regulatory standards
- Provide ongoing support to teachers and caregivers regarding communication strategies for student success
