Job Summary
We are looking for a presentable and well-spoken Receptionist / Admin Assistant to manage front desk operations and provide basic administrative support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to handle visitors and office coordination efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
Manage the front desk and handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
Maintain visitor records and coordinate appointments or meetings.
Provide basic administrative support such as filing, documentation, and data entry.
Handle office supplies and assist with general office coordination.
Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks as required.
Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times.
Requirements
1–4 years of experience in reception or administrative roles (UAE experience preferred).
Presentable personality with excellent communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and maintain a professional attitude.
Candidates living near Dubai Silicon Oasis will be preferred.
