Hiring: Senior Procurement Specialist (Short-Term Contract)

We are hiring an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist for a leading infrastructure project in the UAE on a short-term outsourced contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities
- Manage RFQs, tenders, negotiations, and contract awards
- Develop category sourcing strategies and supplier relationships
- Drive cost optimization, supplier performance, and risk mitigation
- Support procurement reporting, analytics, and compliance
- Liaise with internal stakeholders across technical and corporate functions
Requirements:
- 10+ years of procurement experience
- Strong background in strategic sourcing and contract management
- Experience in infrastructure, rail, construction, engineering, facilities management, or related sectors preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- CIPS / MCIPS / CPSM or similar certifications preferred
- Available immediately or on short notice preferred
