SUMMARY: The Rotational Program provides recent college graduates with an opportunity to contribute to the organization’s success through a series of varied work assignments. This position is part of the Kraft Sports & Entertainment Sports Management Associate Program, during which the Sports Management Associate will support 2 different areas: Corporate Partnerships and Business Intelligence over a 12-month period. The ideal candidates will be highly motivated, organized and interested in high performance and learning about the inner workings of the professional sports industry. Continued employment beyond the scheduled end date is not guaranteed.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Corporate Partnerships: Collaborate with corporate partnership, sales operations and sales/service teams to fulfill contractual obligations for corporate partners; to activate partnerships via assets and programming; to recap deliverables and ROI; to research new and emerging opportunities for revenue generation; to provide exceptional service to corporate partners, premium members and season ticket holders.
- Business Intelligence: Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to evaluate and track core marketing priorities, including data acquisition, digital communication performance, and corporate partnerships. Responsibilities include analyzing and reporting on database growth and health across multiple sources (ticketing, retail, sweepstakes, etc.); cleaning and standardizing customer data to ensure accurate flow into the data warehouse; measuring fan sentiment through key first-party survey initiatives; and supporting the Corporate Partnership team by using third-party research platforms to prospect potential brands/industries and recap existing partnerships.

- Recent graduate (last 2 years) of university, community college, or graduate school
