Our client, a growing real estate firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant who can bring structure, confidence, and follow-through to a fast-moving leadership role. This position centers on managing a demanding calendar, coordinating across multiple offices, and serving as a steady point of control for a hands-on leader. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of executive support experience.

- Responsibilities include proactively managing a dynamic executive calendar across multiple office locations; coordinating meetings, site visits, and related logistics; acting as a central point of contact for partners, legal contacts, and internal team members; preparing agendas, materials, and follow-up items to support effective decision-making; handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion; maintaining organized digital and physical files for contracts and key documents; assisting with light administrative and expense-related tasks; and supporting day-to-day office operations in a small, collaborative environment.
- The ideal candidate possesses at least 3 years of experience supporting a senior executive; strong calendar management and prioritization skills; confidence communicating with a wide range of stakeholders and the ability to manage up; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs; a steady work history with demonstrated commitment and growth; high attention to detail with excellent follow-through; and the flexibility to travel locally between offices as needed.
