Ged Lawyers LLP, is a national firm headquartered in Boca Raton FL, with offices in Massachusetts, New Jersey and Michigan. We are currently looking for an experienced PIP attorney with 2-4 years- experience in PIP work in our Massachusetts Office.
Job Responsibilities
Ability to manage and oversee a large case load.
Required to attend depositions and hearings
Preparation of various legal documents including motions, memorandums, and discovery.
Handle all aspects of litigation up and through trial of the case.
Job Qualifications
1-2 years of litigation experience
2-4 years of PIP experience required
Must be in good standing with the Massachusetts Board of Bar.
Excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal, organizational, decision making, and relationship building.
Ability to be a team player and work in a fast -pace atmosphere
Candidates must be organized, detail oriented, comfortable working independently, possess excellent follow up skills and be able to consistently meet deadlines.
