Electrical Field Supervisor – Full Time

Robies Heating & Cooling | Cape Cod

What you’ll be doing:

Electrical work for HVAC and generator installations
Residential and light commercial electrical work
Running service calls and safety inspections
Preparing estimates and selling your own work (commission included)
Running a team – supervising, supporting, leading Robies electrical team
Technical support to electricians, assisting team with preparing estimates
Customer communication – phone calls, text, emails. Top tier customer service
Admin – filing, scheduling, planning, order / maintain stock.
Run morning team meetings

What we’re looking for:

Journeyman Electrician, licensed in MA
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in workmanship
Professional, reliable, and able to work independently
Positive attitude — team player with good energy
Leadership – warm, gentle, kind, enthusiastic, helpful, supportive
