Experienced Automotive Technician

$80,000–$120,000+ | Guaranteed Pay | No Weekends | 2 Lifts Per Technician

If you're an experienced technician who's good at what you do—but you're questioning whether your current shop is where you want to spend the next 5–10 years—it's worth having a conversation.

Battles Auto Center is a family-owned, highly rated independent repair shop serving Cape Cod since 1959. We're growing, we're busy year-round, and we're looking to add one experienced automotive technician to our team.

This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone who already knows their craft and takes pride in doing the job right.

What we're looking for:

Minimum 3–5 years of professional automotive repair experience
Strong diagnostic and repair abilities
Experience working on domestic and Asian vehicles (European experience is a plus)
Pride in workmanship, attention to detail, and personal accountability
Someone who values integrity and treating customers fairly
A team player who communicates well and takes ownership of their work

What you'll do:

Diagnose and repair a wide variety of domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
Perform maintenance, inspections, and complex repairs
Use diagnostic equipment and testing procedures efficiently
Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and accuracy
Work collaboratively with service advisors and fellow technicians
