Administrative Clerk
We are seeking a motivated and highly skilled individual to provide administrative support. Data management, planning, scheduling, and reporting duties associated with overhead powerline construction projects. The work schedule will typically be Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with the possibility of overtime. Work schedule can be adjusted to coincide with construction start/end times.
Job Type: Full-Time +, Non-Exempt
Pay: $22.00 - $25.50 hourly rate.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Office support to fieldstaff including frequent communication when necessary.
- Project administration.
- Ensure deadlines and requirements are met.
- Data management and data entry are associated with internal project management software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize on a frequent basis.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Proficient in English is required
- Excellent overall computing skills required
- Business or Office administration related diploma/degree/accreditation preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Efficient typing ability
- Microsoft Office Intermediateto advancedskills (Outlook, Word, and Excel). Knowledge of Microsoft Access or other databases programs is preferred.
- Time management and Organizational skills
- Basic process and flowchart skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Education & Experience:
- A High School diploma is required.
- 2+ years of related work experience is preferred.
Pre-Screen:
- Upon offer, employees may be required to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen, background, and/or MVR check.
License & Certifications:
- A valid driver's license is required.
Physical Requirements:
- RARE: Walking, kneeling, squatting, crawling, seeing distant, lifting over 10 lbs. to 50 lbs., depth perception, color vision, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing ladders, climbing stairs, balancing, liftingup to10 lbs., liftingup to50 lbs.
- OCCASIONAL: Standing, stooping, body twisting, gripping, reaching, range of motion, climbing stairs.
- FREQUENT: Sitting, sense of touch, manual dexterity, speaking clearly, reading, hearing-speech range.
