Overview
We are seeking a Recruiter to support our client hiring across multiple locations. This role will manage full-cycle recruiting and partner with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire strong talent across a range of roles.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across multiple offices and regions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain a high level of organization across multiple open roles and locations
- Track candidate activity and ensure data accuracy in the applicant tracking system
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support offer process, including extending offers and negotiating as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting multiple locations or regions
- Experience managing multiple requisitions at once
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Additional Details
- Experience recruiting for a variety of roles (corporate, technical, or operations) is a plus
- Comfortable working with distributed teams and different time zones
