Overview

We are seeking a Recruiter to support our client hiring across multiple locations. This role will manage full-cycle recruiting and partner with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire strong talent across a range of roles.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across multiple offices and regions
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams
Maintain a high level of organization across multiple open roles and locations
Track candidate activity and ensure data accuracy in the applicant tracking system
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Support offer process, including extending offers and negotiating as needed

Qualifications

2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting multiple locations or regions
Experience managing multiple requisitions at once
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn)
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Additional Details

Experience recruiting for a variety of roles (corporate, technical, or operations) is a plus
Comfortable working with distributed teams and different time zones
