We are a busy, full-service transportation company looking for a dedicated
Utility Person to help maintain our NEMT fleet and operation. This is a critical, year-round position essential to our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Fleet Readiness: Perform regular vehicle spot checks in the field for equipment and compliance and perform regular thorough cleaning of assigned vehicles including sedans, and transit vans. This interior work (wiping down surfaces, vacuuming, seat cleaning,)
- Vehicle Readiness: Ensure all vehicles are fully fueled and Fluids are checked (oil, washer fluid, etc.).
- Vehicle Repositioning: Perform regular repositioning of fleet vehicles as needed.
- Seasonal Support: Additional hours and overtime opportunity for qualified candidates to serve as a member of our Storm Team, including shoveling, sanding, and clearing snow from vehicles and company grounds to ensure safe operation during winter weather.
Compensation And Benefits
- Pay: Starting at $22 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications.
- Reviews/Raises: 90-day performance review with potential merit raises thereafter.
