A family-owned company is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a full-time long term temporary position in Norton, MA
Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative:
-Maintain relationships with clients in a interactive and collaborative way
-Answer inbound calls to assist customers
-set-up items, create and resize images, review reports and other inventory management tasks
-Follow-up on orders with vendors
-Work with team members and other departments to fulfill orders and update clients on status
-Accurately perform billing activities
-Maintain accurate records
-Assist in other office tasks, duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements of Customer Service Representative:
-Minimum high school Diploma or equivalent; Some college or industry related experience preferred
-At least 12 months office experience preferred
-Able to work independently or with a team
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to interpret general business correspondence, policies, and procedures
-Strong computer skills with a knowledge of Office software
-Great attention to detail and organizational skills
-Quick learner who is open to learning new things
Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
