We are seeking an
Inventory & Operations Planning Manager to own how much we buy, when we buy it and where it goes. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining our buying plans, generating a rolling replenishment schedule, managing SKUs and product data, coordinating with factories and ensuring the right inventory is in the right place at the right time.
What You’ll Do
- Reporting to the COO, you’ll work closely with Product, Finance and the Operations/Logistics team.
- Build and maintain buying plans aligned to the Product Launch Calendar
- Turn “PO-ready” development numbers into SKU-level demand and inventory plans
- Generate a rolling replenishment schedule to maintain healthy stock levels across channels (DTC, wholesale, Amazon)
- Own unit-level forecasting in partnership with Finance and Sales
- Create and manage Purchase Orders and track them from approval to delivery
- Work directly with factories on production planning, timelines, and capacity
- Coordinate long-lead fabrics and raw materials to keep production on track
- Create and maintain SKUs and product data in our master sheets and inventory system (e.g. Cin7)
- Plan and coordinate inbound shipments to warehouses and Amazon
- Own key inventory/operations systems and continuously improve tools, templates, and processes
- Investigate inventory and process issues, find root causes, and implement lasting fixes
- Build simple but powerful reports and dashboards for inventory health and purchasing performance
Who You Are
- 3–6+ years’ experience in inventory planning, supply chain, or operations, ideally in consumer products/apparel/accessories/e-commerce.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets / SQL skills (pivot tables, SUMIFS, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, scenario analysis).
- Experience with an inventory or ERP system (Cin7 is a plus).
- Strong understanding of demand planning, purchasing, lead times, MOQs, and safety stock.
- Comfort working with factories and/or 3PLs.
- High attention to detail and a love of clean, accurate data.
- A process-improvement mindset: you don’t just spot issues - you fix the system, so they don’t happen again.
- Ability to thrive in a small, fast-moving team and communicate clearly across functions.

- Extremely strong in Excel / Google Sheets / Data.
- Obsessed with clean data, tight processes, and root-cause problem solving.
- Comfortable owning and improving systems (e.g. Cin7 or other inventory/ERP tools). and has an understanding of building systems and ecommerce architecture.
- Happy to be hands-on in a small, growing company.
