This is a full time internship which will last approximately 12 months based on business needs.
Core Responsibilities
- Support marketing campaign development and consolidate key details to share with partners.
- Manage deadlines and meet target execution dates for regional campaigns.
- Contributes to the local region with owned channel marketing planning and supports execution.
- Supports with ad hoc marketing requests from regional and campaign marketing teams.
- Assists in special projects and administrative tasks to support campaign marketing team.
- Support creation of assets as needed to meet campaign needs.

The Digital Consumer Engagement team is responsible for the creation, growth, and engagement of our owned channels across kids, adults, and family audiences. These experiences are a core part of the wider Digital Ecosystem that ties together all digital LEGO experiences in significant ways.
This role sits within the Campaign Marketing team, who focuses on campaign execution, owned channel growth and marketing integration of our owned channels within the markets. We create local, relevant content for our experiences for individual markets to support the global content and markets trends.
Do you have what it takes?
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing preferred.
- Communication Strong communication style with the local regional and campaign managers and other internal partners. Proficiency in English.
- Teamwork Ability to collaborate with others and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
- Attention to Detail Ensures accuracy in delivered work and maintains high standards.
- Work Ethic Is dedicated, reliable and commits to delivering high quality work.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
Hybrid Working Model
This position will be based at 1001 Boylston St. in Boston, MA. Our workplace enables our LEGO® colleagues to be and do their best at work.
