About the Direct Co-Investment Team: The team sources over 1,000 deals annually through its global network of top private equity managers, investing selectively across venture, growth equity, and buyouts in diverse industries and geographies. The team deploys ~$6-7 billion annually, with the flexibility to commit $10 million to $350+ million per transaction. The team leverages deep relationships, co-underwriting capabilities, and a solutions-driven approach to build a well-diversified portfolio. They selectively invest in only ~6% of opportunities reviewed each year.

Role: As an Associate, you will be at the forefront of evaluating companies across diverse sectors and investment stages (Venture to Buyout), engaging directly in the due diligence process, and interacting with management teams. You will build detailed financial models to support investment analysis, contribute your perspectives in investment discussions including IC, and play an active role in monitoring and managing the firm’s portfolio, adding meaningful value to the team.
Qualifications: Candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years of Investment Banking or Private Equity experience
