ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The front desk staff is responsible for all customer service duties in the front end to include but not limited to:
Open and/or close the facility for daily operations
Check-in all members and guests into the facility with a smile
Provide exceptional and helpful customer service
Perform deep cleaning throughout the facility
Answer phone calls
Maintain club hygiene/cleanliness
Make shakes
Perform point of sales duties
Perform inventory counts daily
Perform new member sign-ups and registration
Perform club walk-throughs every 30 min
The front desk staff is a key element to the overall success of the company as they are the face of the company. Here is a list of expectations for all front desk
1. Arrive to shift 15 min early
2. Be in uniform at all times
3. Required to find coverage for shifts 24 hours prior to shift
4. Maintain an upbeat and positive attitude
5. Follow all club policies listed in Company Handbook
6. Must be able to multi-task
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Must have a High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
Must be able to stand for long periods at a time
Must have basic computer skills
PREFERRED SKILLSComputer Skills – Customer Service – Fitness Knowledge – First Aid

Starting pay: $16.50
