We’re seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the Learning & Development team within the Office of the Comptroller. This role focuses on Adobe Learning Manager (LMS) support, user enrollment, reporting, course QA, and assisting with instructional design tools like Articulate Storyline and PowerPoint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage LMS content, user enrollments, and reporting
- Provide learner support and troubleshoot LMS issues
- Assist with instructional design reviews and accessibility checks
- Support QA testing, course updates, and documentation
Requirements:
- Experience supporting an LMS in a coordinator or operations role
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Preferred:
- Adobe Learning Manager, Articulate Storyline
- Accessibility standards (WCAG) knowledge
- Learning & Development or training operations background
