The Role
We are looking for a highly collaborative team member to join our Clinical Operations department. In this role, you'll report to the Senior Director of Clinical Operations and serve as a vital partner to our Practice Operations and Clinical Managers. You'll be the "glue" that keeps our clinical team compliant, educated, and ready to grow. By overseeing our licensing partnerships, Quality Assurance program, and internal training, you'll ensure our providers can focus on what they do best: delivering revolutionary care to our members.
You will:
Licensing, Credentialing & Compliance
- Oversee partnerships with licensing and credentialing vendors to drive data accuracy, partner accountability, and continuous process optimization
- Maintain all Collaborative Practice Agreements (CPAs) and supervisory documentation to ensure the practice remains in a constant state of audit readiness
- Support practice growth through hiring, geographic, and service-line expansion by planning proactive licensing and regulatory strategies
- Produce and deliver detailed monthly reports, offering actionable insights into accomplishments and potential risks
Quality Assurance
- Implement a clinical Quality Assurance (QA) program by adapting established models to fit our team's needs
- Create automated trackers and systems for QA workflows to reduce administrative work over time
- Provide data-driven insights to clinical leadership to identify trends and support continuous practice improvement
Practice Enablement
- Plan the practice-wide CEU program by identifying courses that align with current clinical goals and tracking provider completion
- Organize annual practice-wide training, including platform refreshers and policy updates, to ensure the team is informed on internal practice standards
- Other duties as assigned
You'd be a good fit if:
- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in multi-state provider licensing and credentialing
- You excel in written communication and are capable of conveying complex information clearly and concisely
- Independent and self-motivated, you thrive in virtual work environments, actively engaging with your team despite geographical distances
- Your organizational skills and attention to detail are strong, allowing you to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
It'd be nice if:
- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical education or practice management in a virtual/hybrid practice setting
- You have prior experience in a virtual setting, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities it presents
- You have experience defining and tracking metrics related to your role
- You have a track record of contributing to workflow redesign or process improvement initiatives, showing a proactive approach to enhancing operational efficiency
The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $105,000 annually; as part of a total benefits package which includes health insurance, 401k and bonus. In accordance with state applicable laws, Firefly Health is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Individual pay decisions are ultimately based on a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and internal alignment.
Our office is in Watertown, Massachusetts, but we've developed a robust remote working structure to give us more geographical flexibility while hiring for many positions. This role can be done largely remotely, there are several times a year when staff come together onsite for planning and team building.
