Luxury Hotel Bell Service Ambassador
Northeast security is seeking Security concierge officers for some of our premiere high-rise class A buildings in Boston.

Schedule:
FT Mon-Fri 3:00pm - 11:00pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency.
- Assist guests with luggage handling, including loading/unloading and transporting to/from rooms or vehicles.
- Open doors, provide directions, and support guests with facility-related inquiries.
- Monitor entrance and lobby areas to ensure a safe, clean, and secure environment.
- Provide accurate information about the building, its amenities, and nearby locations.
- Report and escalate any suspicious activity, safety concerns, or security incidents to site management or security personnel.
- Support front desk and concierge/security staff as needed with guest services or access control.
- Maintain logs or documentation as required by site protocols (e.g., delivery sign-ins, lost & found, etc.).
- Uphold client standards for professional conduct, appearance, and customer service at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel, concierge, bell service, or security/front desk role preferred.
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Physically able to lift luggage and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of handling confidential information appropriately.
- Must be well-groomed and present a polished, professional image.
- Ability to remain calm and effective in high-traffic or stressful situations.
- Familiarity with basic security protocols or willingness to be trained.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
